THE PROCESS OF BAILING A LOVED ONE out of jail might seem complicated & confusing. AAA BAIL BONDING will help you get the things started with the correct steps, procedures, the process can become painless.

 AAA BAIL BONDING’s staff will help you fill out the paperwork, make a payment quickly or set up payment schedule quickly. Once a person is arrested, they must be booked. This process may take as little as forty-five minutes to several hours. Depending on the offense, sometimes there are bonds that are pre-set for some offenses. Other offenses the defendant will have to wait to appear in front of a judge who will set the amount of the bond. A bond is designed to guarantee said defendant’s appearance in court.  When posting a bond with a bonding company, some of the bonds will require a co-signer. A co-signer which is often times a friend or relative, will sign a contract with the bonding company insuring financial responsibility should the said defendant fail to appear for any & all court dates. This obligation does not end until the court has exonerated the bonding company from the case.
 

 Should the defendant fail to appear in court, the co-signer will need to turn the defendant into the bonding company to be surrendered. If the defendant absconds, the co-signer must pay the full amount of the bond. The bonding company will then forward the amount to the courts. Once the co-signer or indemnity has signed a contract with the bail bonding company, the bail agent will prepare the necessary paperwork for the defendant’s release. You may co-sign by fax or in person at our office. Once the paperwork has taken place in the jail, the defendant is then released All transactions can be done at the office or over the phone.

When you come in or call be sure you have:

    1) The location the inmate is being held
    2) Form of identification
    3) Form of payment

   

 Obtain the Information
    This first step is crucial. Many people are so flustered by the thought of a loved one being arrested they forget this important step. Know which jail your loved one is being at & if possible how much their bond will be. Our experienced & courteous staff will walk you through the process of obtaining a bond & getting your loved one released.

    Fill Out Paperwork

   AAA will provide all the necessary paperwork & will walk you through each step. No one is ever left in the dark; our staff can answer any question you may have.

    Currently the percentages are: 12% on any bail bond fee $10,000.00 or less, 15% on any bail bond $10,001.00 & over.  Only the Douglas County GA jail has a $20.00 jail processing fee that will also be added. Once you have completed the paperwork you will pay the amount agreed upon between you & AAA Bonding. Once money transpires, AAA Bonding will do most of the work to have your loved one released.

    Complete Process
    Your AAA Professional Bail Bonding Agent will walk you through the entire process every step of the way to ensure you are clear on all paperwork. After full payment or payment arraignments are agreed on AAA Bail Bonding will handle the rest of the process. A staff member will call the jail your loved one is being held at immediately to inform them bail has been posted. The jail will then process the defendant for release. The jail will process the paperwork & the defendant’s name will go on a list for release.

    Pick Up Your Loved One
    Once the jail has completed all of their procedures, AAA Bail Bonding will be contacted by the jail when they are ready for your loved one to be picked up at the jail & our staff will contact you to inform you to go to the jail where you’re loved one is being held.
